Our Proven Expertise Across Major Initiatives
- Strengthening the organizational and financial capacity of civil society organizations in the Philippines—equipping them with the systems, skills, and controls needed to responsibly manage donor resources. This includes improving compliance with donor and statutory requirements, strengthening internal controls and governance, and enhancing reporting and audit readiness to ensure transparent stewardship of funds.
- Monitoring and overseeing more than USD 1 billion in annual U.S. Government payments to government entities, contractors, and grantees in Afghanistan. This included verifying allowability and compliance, strengthening controls to mitigate risk, and promoting timely, accurate financial reporting and accountability.
- Conducted performance audits of President's Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR) programs in South Africa, Malawi, and Rwanda—assessing program effectiveness, internal controls, and compliance with US Government requirements, and providing actionable recommendations to strengthen oversight, accountability, and results.

Conducted donor compliance reviews of CPA firm–performed financial statement audits of grant recipients, assessing adherence to grant agreements, donor regulations, and applicable auditing standards, and providing recommendations to strengthen audit quality, compliance, and corrective action follow-up.
